In this i practice: 1) being explosive, 2) Negatives / swing 3) Assisted w/ bands 4) Negatives assisted 5) Negatives jump
It is hard. I don't feel that explosive. It just feels like getting my chest to the bar- the bar feels a million miles a way. It feels like my core and lower body can't flow like that, like a disconnect.
