Animal Flow Day 3 (of 30)
Today was hard, I am sore from day 1 & 2, I didn't get as deep into my inner duck, chameleon is very cool looking, but i don't think im giving it justice yet. Chest-to-wall with Cartwheel attempts
The first attempt to leave the wall was terrible and I was further away compared with the second one...🤣. It got a bit better in the second attempt as I changed position of one hand. Let's practice to learn it correctly 😅🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️ Today: 5.5km walking 30 full push-ups 10 Pike Push-ups 100 deep squat Handstand in progress [Chest to wall(need to get better on it),crow pose, tucked and straight legs headstand]

Recovery
Hi, today I did a good 30 minutes shoulder and neck mobility I'm m realizing that I'm over training and not doing the "right" workout for me It's been snowing here for a while so at work I do a lot of mopping and vacuuming. My shoulders are taking a beating... Ihave 2 night shifts left then I'm on vacation for 9 nights, I'll take the next 4 days to do recovery sessions. It'll also give me time to plan better my workout schedule, I have the consistency but not when it comes to rest and recovery Sometimes, the hardest is admitting to myself that my body needs rest and rec overy😬

Thanks Val, this is really good to hear... my goal is to do animal flow for 5min/day but there is a voice that i hear pushing me to do more animal flow sessions. The last couple days i have pulled back from doing a 2nd session bc my body already felt tired and sore. The recovery i need most of all is going to sleep earlier, giving myself the gift of a good, deep night sleep.

happy new year! This was a great beginner routine! Even though beginner, it still requires a lot of upper body strength, feels like wide range, moving pushups. Also I like that this routine has a blance upper body- chest and shoulders with lower body legs and hips. Today in the morning i did upper body this video: https://youtube.com/shorts/xQEAOFyRc_M?si=bBwCj71sEYPNsPLc Afternoon as a cool down after running i did this lower body video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0FtlLQ6HWk Both these videos were great, upper body was 1) Cat 2) Bear 3) Table 4) Shrimp 5) Crab this helped me realize the difference between crab & table. New move was Shrimp *better in the grass From the Lower body video the HARDEST move was Shrimp Squat, no joke
