I thought that the headstand with the forearms would be harder for me than with the hands, but I got inspired by , because I always see her on her forearms. So I tried it today, always thinking of bringing my hips past my shoulders, like a mantra 😅 And I could do it 🥳🥳😄
I couldn't balance today, but every little step feels so great in this road that I had to share it 😁
This helped me too, to feel that sensation of my hips past my shoulders, because then indeed the second leg, easily gets to the wall. And I think that kicking from here can make easier to kick for the handstand 🤔🤔 I think so... Let's see. What's your experience?
