Day 1 for me. Going for 3 days a week of the push l, pull, squat or hinge + core that is recommended in the plan.
Today:
12 dips
12 bent leg rows
15 squats (60lbs)
20 sec hollow hold
4 rounds
How when should I add weighted pull-ups and dips? And should I only do weighted pull-up and dips once a week?
My plan is to this workout 3-4 times a week but if course I'll alternate the pushing and pulling and squat and hingeing exercises so Wednesday I'll be doing pushups and pull-ups and deadlift for example.
