Doing more abs
Since buying those bars I realized the need to improve core strength. I did leo moves 30min total body and my abs were on fire. I may do this 3xs a week. Also im doing single leg lsit and pausing which works my abs. My other foot is lightly in the ground while I maintain a push in the shoulders. I really want to get the Lsit
