My baby girl (toddler) woke up again in the middle of the night again last night, making me tired again, but that didn't stop me from exercising. This community and the daily updates that I chose to do have been helpful to make sure I do some form of exercise daily without excuses. I don't know how long I will do daily updates for, but for now, it's helpful-at least to me anyways. Hopefully one day I can be an inspiration to others on their fitness journey.
Today I didn't really have a designated workout session, but did exercises whenever I felt like it and had a moment of spare time--so everything was done at random times of the day. I did some glute bridges as long as I can hold a few times (I actually got my butt up off the ground for once! About a month ago was the last time I tried and I tried so hard and just couldn't lift my bum off the ground/floor. I was 359 pounds then and I have lost 22 pounds now)...I did some incline push ups, knee push ups, squats, laying down on the floor and lifting my legs up and down, and I did 8, 463 steps today. Normally, my daily steps are under 5000 and typically 2000-3000.
