Day 1 of daily updates
I am new here and wrote my first post last night. If you didn't see that yet, feel free to check out that post. The only thing you should know for context is that I am 337 pounds currently making calisthenics extremely hard for me. I am still doing what I can do and have to start somewhere.
I had such a busy day and not too much time to workout today, but I did 20 knee push ups today (I did a few then took a few seconds break then did a few more and break and so on until I did 20 knee push ups). I also swam at the pool and did laps for 15 minutes straight then had fun with my husband and toddler. I hope to be able to do a lot more tomorrow as it shouldn't be as busy of a day for me tomorrow. I plan to do daily workout updates here to share my journey and also keep me accountable (as I have a tendency to quit because calisthenics is really hard, especially at my weight) and now I have a community here to help keep me accountable to do daily calisthenics. Thanks for reading and following along on my journey. I am off to bed now.
