Burpees
This morning I did one set of 15 burpees before doing my weight workout, treadmill and rowing. I am planning to go back to gym after lunch and try to do another 15 burpees, treadmill and rowing again.
It's amazing how the up and down motion of the ship can make burpees more difficult and weights lighter or heavier depending on if the ship is going up or down.
