Bouncing back
I was cleared by the physio to get back into handstands so today I celebrated with my first wall handstand hold in 3 months 🥳
The goal today was to get used to the feeling of being upside down again and regain some confidence. It feels like I’m restarting my journey but I’m happy to be back at it 😊
