First upper body session post injury. I worked out that I can use the Paralettes for push ups and pike pushups without aggravating my finger, I can grip the Paralettes with 3 fingers on my left hand.
I used bands for face pulls, front and lateral raises.
Have you had to work around an injury before or currently? If so what did you do as a work around?
