Full body strength and handstand drills for today
I'm going back to basics with handstands, more drills less kick ups
I haven't practiced much handstands lately, this is my focus this month....
For the kick ups, I over kick a bit so I learn to balance and not bail out so quickly. Bad habit of bailing out too quickly!🤸
Oh the last video is not stuck, it's a handstand hold!😅
