Another small win for consistency
We have standardized testing today so instead of sitting at my desk watching computer screen to check that the students are on task via our software I’m walking circles around my room getting my movement mind in. Now it’s not dynamic animal flow but it’s consistent movement for roughly 40-45 mins every period.
I’ll take it and I slip in some crow pose and possibly walk handstands over my lunch and plan period.
