🧠 I need your honest opinion on the Free Fitness Plan / App
This is one of those uncomfortable but honest posts. And I want to bring you into the decision instead of just changing things quietly. Right now, I personally pay out of pocket every month to keep the Free Fitness Plan/App running. I did this on purpose because I truly believe access to good training should not be locked behind money only. Here’s the problem. The app has limited seats. They fill up very fast. When someone signs up and doesn’t use the plan, I eventually remove them so a new person can get access. Logically, that makes sense so more people benefit. But emotionally It feels like it goes against the promise of “free access”. I don’t love that feeling. At the same time, I also can’t keep paying more and more for unused spots. So instead of guessing what the right move is I want your opinion. Here are a few possible solutions I’m considering. ✅ 1) Make the app part of the paid coaching program only This would allow unlimited access and remove the seat issue completely. Or make it a VERY cheap option (1$-3$ a month and other bonuses) ✅ 2) Require a higher community level to unlock it So only people who are active earn access. ✅ 3) Offer a paper or PDF-only version No app. No seat limits. ✅ 4) Change it to a 7-day access instead of 4 weeks Short, focused exposure instead of long unused access. ✅ 5) Something else I haven’t thought of yet I’m open to ideas. This community matters to me. The promise matters to me. And sustainability matters too. 💬 What option feels the fairest to you Or do you have a better solution you’d suggest

I think a combo of them would be good I know I’m late to the party but a free pdf with the 7 day access then small pay would weed out all those that don’t really want it.
📘 Quick Update on the Masterbook
Small but important update. The Masterbook has been updated with clearer descriptions in the Animal Movements section. Some movements were missing proper explanations, which could make things confusing if you’re newer to them. That’s now fixed ✅ As always, thank you for catching things, asking questions, and helping make the resources better for everyone. 💬 Is there another section you’d like to see expanded or clarified next?

How do I access the videos? I’m on my phone so that might be the issue but I’m the pdf they are just pictures of videos not links for me… Also in the sample full body workout it breaks it up into super sets but then says 2-3 mins rest between each exercise… I thought super sets you went from one exercise right into another then stopped to rest at the end of the super set. Thank you for clarifying these for me.
Another small win for consistency
We have standardized testing today so instead of sitting at my desk watching computer screen to check that the students are on task via our software I’m walking circles around my room getting my movement mind in. Now it’s not dynamic animal flow but it’s consistent movement for roughly 40-45 mins every period. I’ll take it and I slip in some crow pose and possibly walk handstands over my lunch and plan period.
Come back🚀
It's been 3 months since I got injured. Please encourage me to come back and train, GUY'S

You got this man. You won’t regret it. Movement will also help the residue healing process.
