Afternoon as a cool down after running i did this lower body video:
Both these videos were great, upper body was 1) Cat 2) Bear 3) Table 4) Shrimp 5) Crab this helped me realize the difference between crab & table. New move was Shrimp *better in the grass
From the Lower body video the HARDEST move was Shrimp Squat, no joke
