Animal day 8 (not for beginners)
Today i wanted to try this hard animal flow video just to measure where i am at. This was very hard. Excellent workout for pushday, a lot of cardio along the way. HARDEST: I couldn't walk in the exorcist. Flea jump hits hard. All the leaps, jumps i got about an inch off the ground. These all were really good in connecting me thru a weak point between my lower body to upper body that I think is holding me back in the muscle up and other explosive things.
