It’s about body position, balance, and trust.

Pick your level:
  • ✅ Beginner: Elbow lever setup with feet on the floor
  • 🔄 Explorer: Tucked elbow lever or leverage on something higher
  • 🔥 Expert: Elbow lever with legs together
➡️ Focus on elbow placement and leaning forward slowly.
⏱ 3–5 minutes each day is plenty. You can repeat the same level or progress on Day 9.
