✅ Beginner: Crow setup with feet on the ground (try lifting one foot at a time)
🔄 Explorer: Crow pose (both feet lifted)
🔥 Expert: Crow → Headstand or Crow → Handstand attempts
➡️ Take your time setting up. Falling forward onto your hands is part of the skill.
⏱ 3–5 minutes is plenty. Quit while it feels curious, not stressful.
