Today’s skill: Bear Hops — playful, springy, and sneaky strong.
Goal: explore light, controlled hops from a bear position.
Think bounce, not burnout.
The most important part is to keep your arms straight!
Pick your level:
(There will be example videos for each below)
- ✅ Beginner: Small static hops (hands + feet leave the floor together)
- 🔄 Explorer: Mini straddle handstand hops
- 🔥 Expert: Jumping half-press attempts
⏱ 3–5 minutes is enough. Stop while reps feel clean.
