URGENT SOLUTION: Error 400 with get_availability

For several days now, I've been experiencing this problem with several of my clients when using the get_availability tool to access the calendar for scheduling. I get ERROR 400, and the AI starts responding incoherently. As you can see, I have to manually respond to schedule appointments myself. In the attached images, you can see that yesterday, November 25th, I encountered this error. Then, in the video, you can see that today, November 26th, at 1:47 PM, the error was gone, and the calendar was retrieved correctly, allowing me to schedule appointments successfully. However, today, November 26th, at 6 PM, the same problem occurred again. Between yesterday and today, I didn't modify anything; the calendar and the get_availability tool were left untouched. It's an issue with the Assistable.ai tool, and I've searched everywhere for a solution without success. Please, it's very urgent that you review my problem and give me a solution as soon as possible because all my clients are furious that this is intermittent; it works sometimes and other times it doesn't, and we have to do the scheduling manually. We can't prevent the AI from giving inconsistent responses and incorrect dates and times. I've already lost clients of my clients, and they're furious with me and want to cancel my contract.
