Curious, Can we have a time frame as to when the AI assistant can start chatting. Use case: I have a client that wants the AI only from 10pm-10am-and have the staff reply manually anytime outside those hours. I've tried to convince them to use the AI the entire time but they not convinced. Is this possible ? and how can it be done? Any help is appreciated.

I’ve seen several people post about having issues with inbound not working. What was the fix? I submitted ticket to support days ago. Obviously there is a step or something missing in the setup docs for close to a dozen people to be having this same issue. Not sure why the response to all the posts have been “contact support” instead of just posting the solution. Thanks.
