URGENT SOLUTION: Error 400 with get_availability

I get ERROR 400, and the AI ​​starts responding incoherently. As you can see, I have to manually respond to schedule appointments myself. In the attached images, you can see that yesterday, November 25th, I encountered this error. Then, in the video, you can see that today, November 26th, at 1:47 PM, the error was gone, and the calendar was retrieved correctly, allowing me to schedule appointments successfully. However, today, November 26th, at 6 PM, the same problem occurred again. Between yesterday and today, I didn't modify anything; the calendar and the get_availability tool were left untouched. It's an issue with the Assistable.ai tool, and I've searched everywhere for a solution without success. Please, it's very urgent that you review my problem and give me a solution as soon as possible because all my clients are furious that this is intermittent; it works sometimes and other times it doesn't, and we have to do the scheduling manually. We can't prevent the AI ​​from giving inconsistent responses and incorrect dates and times. This is very complicated because my clients are demanding an answer, and I don't even know who's spending how many tokens. On Sunday and Monday, it was working fine, and I don't know what happened. Since Tuesday, it's been charging more with GPT4o. As I told you, I never changed my agents' models; they're all on GPT5Nano.
