URGENT SOLUTION: Error 400 with get_availability
@Jorden Williams @Assistable Ai @Assistable Team For several days now, I've been experiencing this problem with several of my clients when using the get_availability tool to access the calendar for scheduling. I get ERROR 400, and the AI starts responding incoherently. As you can see, I have to manually respond to schedule appointments myself. In the attached images, you can see that yesterday, November 25th, I encountered this error. Then, in the video, you can see that today, November 26th, at 1:47 PM, the error was gone, and the calendar was retrieved correctly, allowing me to schedule appointments successfully. However, today, November 26th, at 6 PM, the same problem occurred again. Between yesterday and today, I didn't modify anything; the calendar and the get_availability tool were left untouched. It's an issue with the Assistable.ai tool, and I've searched everywhere for a solution without success. Please, it's very urgent that you review my problem and give me a solution as soon as possible because all my clients are furious that this is intermittent; it works sometimes and other times it doesn't, and we have to do the scheduling manually. We can't prevent the AI from giving inconsistent responses and incorrect dates and times.
