I want to share some constructive feedback with you as we step into a new year. My goal is not to criticize but to advocate for the growth and improvement we all want to see in this platform.

This year, I believe there’s an opportunity to make meaningful strides by focusing on reliability, accountability, and consistency. It’s essential that commitments made by the team are followed through on time and that any issues raised by users are promptly acknowledged and addressed. Over the past few months, I’ve shared feedback and flagged several issues, but unfortunately, some of them remain unresolved or unaddressed. This has been disappointing, especially considering the premium pricing we’re paying for what still feels like a beta-level product.

The new features and UI updates you’re working on are exciting, but I urge you to prioritize fixing existing issues before rolling out additional updates. A reliable, functional platform will always be more valuable and sellable than one that looks great but struggles with basic functionality.

Here are some of the key issues that still need attention:

Echo on mobile ORBs: The first use still causes an echo, leaving a poor impression during demos.
Call booking during demos: ORBs can’t book a call, which you mentioned would be fixed 4 days ago. While we can manage without this for now, unmet timelines impact trust.
Rebilling for resellers: This remains incomplete, preventing us from upselling minutes or creating plans/subscriptions.
Phone call queuing: This undermines the speed-to-lead experience, which is a cornerstone of what AI is supposed to deliver.
Call handling capacity: Other platforms can manage thousands of simultaneous calls with a single number. Assistable should aim for this level of capability.

I know there are other isolated issues users face, but resolving these core problems would make a significant difference for everyone.

I truly believe in the vision of Assistable, and I know that with the right focus, this can be the platform we all want to champion. Let’s make this year about delivering on promises, addressing critical needs, and building a product that sets the standard in the industry.
