Yo Little Background I've been trying to introduce AI receptionist to my local area (Québec in Canada) since.. 3/4months(-4-5k too). I'm semi-proud of that but I started with no knowledge of platforms ( Vapi. Retell, GHL, N8N…) and nothing about laws, slowly losing my momentum. And I'm a 17-year-old, French, dealing with a completely different market than the USA. In Quebec there is the law 25 (strict about data privacy, you may call that GDPR), I'm trying to figure out how this applies when using a platform like this that records and stores call data. The law is Canada-wide too. So that would be crazy helpful to share how y'all are handling this law. Main fear As a user or integrator (here in Quebec for instance), am I legally covered by assistable’s privacy framework? Or I need to get the explicit consent of the caller/ client before storing or reviewing these recordings? That would be insane if anyone could share the their experience or best practices with it🔥💪🤝

Well! I'm not a moderator here lol. I'm just sharing my personal experience, which I think can help many of you. It's super common that we can be best at one part and worst at another, and that's totally fine. Most of the founders I know and speak to either have experience in sales or building. But both can't do much without one another, and that’s where we were also struggling for more than a year. (All we knew was building receptionists, systems, automations...) So, we connected with people who were struggling to create real-time demos they could show to clients, had no deployed projects, and were afraid of potential clients' technical questions on the sales call. And that was stopping them from taking any action toward what they already knew. (Connecting with clients and getting on sales calls.) We found them even here in the Skool communities, WhatsApp groups, and Discord channels, and everything changed right after. We both had one thing to focus on and no longer feared how the next client would come or what if I couldn’t deliver. I know a lot of you can relate. And most of you guys have been stuck in this for a long time, fighting within yourselves every single day. Let’s take this approach and do what you’re good at.
