I’m curious—how are you navigating food in such an ultra-processed world? While UPF (ultra-processed food) screams convenience, I'm finding less of it actually makes my life less hectic and also more convenient (I no longer focus on gas/bloat all day). For me, a slow pullback (not restriction) of UPF led to less bloat, quieter cravings, and steadier hunger. What’s felt most helpful for you?
