Don’t be like me—the farmer who tried to grow crops, season after season, on rocky soil. I learned the hard way so you don't have to!🥰 I chased quick fixes and lived in body dysmorphia for years. Weight loss. Regain. Hunger. Disordered eating, self-punishment, low self-esteem. Each season left me worse off, not better. Be the wiser, more mature farmer. Take the time to cultivate the soil first. Clear the rocks—unhelpful beliefs, shame, and self-punishment—so real roots can take hold. When the foundation is rich, growth is no longer superficial. Body, mind, and soul grow stronger—season after season. We deserve that. We deserve more. We are worthy of rich soil and strong growth—starting now. "My muscles are proof of the work I chose to do, not the work I forced." When we stop "shoulding" on ourselves is when we raise our self worth and capacity to grow with choice and intentional joy. Are you building muscles because the external world says you "should" or are you building internal and external strength because it's what your body deserves? One mindset signals punishment while the other mindset shouts privilege!
