Each Week I will post a Reminder about the workshop and a support post. We are on Week 5 of our workshop series "12 Week Healing Jumpstart." This week we talk about Sugar and Nervous System Stability. Join us Tonight at 6:00pm CST. We have a coaching session after the teaching if you have any concerns you would like to discuss. When you feel like resting is unproductive 1. Name the confusion Many people feel guilty when rest doesn’t look “earned.” 2. Reframe through the body But rest isn’t a reward — it’s a biological requirement for regulation. 3. Normalize the experience If rest feels uncomfortable, that doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. It often means your system isn’t used to safety yet. 4. One gentle orientation This week, notice how your body responds to rest without justification.

Wash your fruits and vegetables
I was watching "Toxins" in Skool and realized that I eat a lot of the most toxic fruits and vegetables (grapes, strawberries, apples, etc.) and I don't wash them before I eat them! Yikes! Dr. Berry - do you have any recommendations on how to properly wash fruits and vegetables?
