🌿 You're Invited to Our Open House! 🌿
Come Celebrate With Us! 🌿 Our new home is finally ready, and I'd love to invite you to come see it! If you're in the Huntsville area—or close enough for a day trip—we would love to welcome you to our new location. 📅 Sunday, August 30 🕐 1:00–4:00 PM 📍 2802 Charity Lane, Hazel Green, AL This is more than an open house. It's an opportunity to experience what Life Restoration Pathways is all about and to introduce others to a different way of thinking about health and healing. Bring your spouse, a friend, a family member, or someone you've been telling about our community. If you've ever thought, "I wish they could understand what I'm learning here," this is a wonderful opportunity to bring them along. During the afternoon you can: 🌿 Tour our new home 🌿 Meet me in person and ask questions 🌿 Complete your Body Whisper Profile and discover what your body may be trying to communicate 🌿 Learn about our classes, coaching, and restoration programs 🌿 Enjoy refreshments and connect with others on a similar journey Whether you've been part of our community for years or you've just recently joined, I'd love the chance to spend some time with you outside of the screen. Our mission has always been the same: Helping people understand the wisdom of their body so they can restore their health naturally. If you think someone in your life would benefit from learning about whole-person health, this is the perfect event to introduce them to our programs in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Please let us know if you're planning to come—and tell us who you're bringing! 😊 I can't wait to welcome you to our new home in Hazel Green! 💚

Food Friday ~ Feed Your Brain and Nervous System
Feed Your Brain and Nervous System Include omega-3 fats regularly. Your brain and nervous system rely heavily on healthy fats to communicate, regulate, and respond well. Omega-3s may help support: • Brain health and mental clarity • A balanced inflammatory response • Mood and emotional regulation • Healthy nervous system function Helpful sources include: • Salmon • Sardines • Walnuts • Chia seeds You don’t have to change everything at once. Try adding one omega-3-rich food to your meals this week—sprinkle chia seeds into a smoothie, add walnuts to a salad, or choose salmon for dinner. Your body whispers before it screams. Sometimes supporting it begins with what you place on your plate. Which omega-3 source do you enjoy most?

Wellness Wednesday ~ Slow Mornings
Try a "Slow Start" Morning ☀️ How you begin your morning often shapes how your nervous system responds for the rest of the day. Instead of immediately checking: • Email • News • Social media Try giving yourself just 5–10 quiet minutes first. Notice your breathing. Stretch. Step outside. Sip your coffee or tea without distractions. Ask yourself, "How does my body feel this morning?" I've discovered that I truly love slow mornings. Sitting quietly with my coffee before opening my computer or looking at notifications has become one of the simplest ways I support my nervous system. It doesn't have to be long—even a few peaceful minutes can change the tone of the entire day. Prayer, quiet time, mindfulness, or meditation are all great ways to take that few moments in the morning to start the day out right! Small daily rhythms create lasting change. Your body whispers before it screams. The question is whether we've learned to listen. 🌿 Challenge: Tomorrow morning, wait at least 10 minutes before looking at your phone. Come back and share what you noticed.
