📅 Daily Check-in - May 16, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Well, how am I traveling today? Tick therapy session. First time, I think, now I've started to engage with Sage. It's really just putting together all my thoughts and just actually spitting out what I would spit out in a therapy session. And also if I'm going to ask it prompts on what to do, of course it's going to give me prompts on that as well. So I suppose if you think about it, it's a cheap consultation. I don't know with anybody else, but I am invigorated by this six-week course. But if anything, I think I was a little, I certainly was a little better with my, much better with my sleeping patterns and awakeness in the evening before than I am now. I'll have to start working on that again. I think it's just to do with a new course, different technology that I don't use, but that's okay. I like the, when I was reading on the feed, it's probably not a feed, but on the community dashboard, I like that showering in the dark or almost dark, yeah, I can see how very soothing that that would be. But I don't shower at night. But, and I shower in the morning.
