I’ve had a week! Lots of feels & a massive meltdown over pests on one of my plants. Sounds stupid but it triggered lots of negative self talk & it went from there. One thing that came through for me after the meltdown, was things from the AI report! It def helped me recognise what was happening & why, it also helped me reframe the negative self talk spiral & bring some clarity to the situation that was the actual problem, not the plant! That was a massive win!
So this week I took a step back & recalibrated myself, felt all the feels & did lots of growing.
Even though i have maintained a daily yoga practice, I also planned to get a yoga video done, I prepped easy enough but it was so hard to actually get it done…well today I finally did it & it’s up on YouTube!🙌
