📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: Spent years pouring into others has never built a rhythm that actually centers around himself.
🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: When I choose to wind-down properly, I feel better. But bad habits can get in the way and it can be challenging to stick to with only so much time for myself.
🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: Needs work. Definitely doing better with a walk and some time to settle for the day, but felt tired.
🔁 I decided to close my open loop: because it's probably good for me to give more attention to myself when so much of my life surrounds others. 💭
And it made me feel: less stressed or worried at the start of my day. Energy felt useful rather than anxiety inducing
