⭐ Woke up to this little star this morning
Recently, I’ve shared LOTS of free value, and in return, I asked you to actively engage, support one another, and take your check-ins seriously. And many of you have actually done just that. And... as a result, we’ve moved up from 34th to 29th place in the “self-improvement” category on Skool. The top 30. That means I’m now among the top 1% of community builders on the platform, what a huge dopamine hit this morning when I woke up to see the star emoji. But let's be real... that badge is just as much yours as it is mine. Every like, comment, check-in pushes us up. Which means more people with ADHD can now find this place and get the help they need. #WIN: Day 4
📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: Spent years pouring into others has never built a rhythm that actually centers around himself. 🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: When I choose to wind-down properly, I feel better. But bad habits can get in the way and it can be challenging to stick to with only so much time for myself. 🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: Needs work. Definitely doing better with a walk and some time to settle for the day, but felt tired. 🔁 I decided to close my open loop: because it's probably good for me to give more attention to myself when so much of my life surrounds others. 💭 And it made me feel: less stressed or worried at the start of my day. Energy felt useful rather than anxiety inducing 🤯 What surprised me: Not much as I've done similar before, but bad habits do creep back sorry

Day 3 ✅ Done! ⚖️ The belief that's been holding me back most: "That if I just do (blank), I'll be done and life will get easier" 📍 Where it came from: Work ethic of my parents and desire not to work my entire life as I could see how miserable it made them on occasions. ✨ My new code: "If I can find a new goal, something I enjoy and deeply believe in, I may find something I find easier and can do instead of work. I love being someone who helps others, but want to do so without the costs I currently incur on myself" 🔮 My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who needs to help himself and deserves to be treated better than I was previously" 💪 Debugging in progress...

Day 2 ✅ Done! 🎭 The mask I've been wearing most: The People Please or (not mentioned) the overthinker. I tend to overanalyze everything to make sure it is good enough. 😮‍💨 How exhausting it's been: Hugely due to procrastination and feelings of failure. Literally had today off work as I'm exhausted and woke with a headache after months of trying to keep up. 👶 What I loved as a kid (before the masks): creativity, games and fun. Also massive transformers fan. The mask started as I wanted to be accepted and have friends, which I didn't early on because I was too excited and my last name scared people. ⚡️ Friction Audit complete, this are the exact steps i have to take: Setting up my son's amp. I will list this as after yesterdays activity I tried to actually do this. Its not working which is frustrating, so I will leave it. I downloaded the update and turned the amp on. I'm going to accept it for now.

🧠 Biggest insight: The fact that pressure needs to be high before I act or perform. Therefore I don't ever feel like I've done my best, even when I've done well. ⚡️ My open loop is: Finishing setup on my guitars or son's amplifier. 💛 One word for how I feel right now: relieved
