Just completed my Biological Wake-Up Call worksheet and it hit different. 🥊 My first domino is SLEEP — not because I didn't know that, but because I finally felt the cost of ignoring it. I've been staying up late because nighttime is my only "me time," but I'm paying for it every morning with fog, irritability, and half-capacity days. My commitment: 10:30pm shutdown starting tonight. Not because I want to. Because tomorrow's version of me deserves better fuel. 🔥
