Major win today! I deleted a few thousand emails and text messages and it feels GREAT! I also unsubscribed to at least 10 newsletters. I’ve also been chipping away at the thousands of screen shots I’ve taken. The more I remove, the better I feel.

I am wha? Skipping behind, trying to keep up with…Ireland!
Hi y’all! So, I have been soooo busy lately taking care of pets and old people, and trying to shop and pack for a trip to Ireland! I had United miles and people to stay with, and am going with one of my most favorite peeps in the world! I sound excited, but truly I have been feeling wolloped, and kind of like…I am going to Ireland? Whaa? Is? Happening? I barely got packed, but I did! And I am going to begin to let go of stressinessiness. And embrace the divine timing and stuff of this trip with a favorite friend. Can you believe that one of my closest, oldest friends —but whom I rarely get to see because she is in Alaska, and I have been in Chicago or NC—has developed the same passion for Irish music and language as I have? I mean…that can’t be a coincidence. It is synchronicity. I am starting to think she might be in my soul group. I don’t know who else is in there (Keanu Reeves? One can hope…), but I think she’s in there! Oh crap, landing in Chicago shortly. Finally got logged in on the tablet, changed password to do so, etc. But anyhoo, been missing you all and been missing Sage and Jim and the whole vibe happening here. I hope you are all well and wonderful. Sláinte! ☘️😍

Poison Ivy issue is getting worse again. Couldn’t sleep. Got up around 2am to deal with the itching and couldn’t’ get back to sleep for a several hours. Slept in till 9 am. Woke up with a horrible headache. Getting as much protein as I can this morning. Beautiful weather, sitting on the deck in the sun, and then under an umbrella when it got too hot. Hope to get into the studio today to sort more and do something creative. Need to figure out how to get more natural light in the room so my brain doesn’t hate it in there so much.
