Just got my Biological Wake-Up Call, and when it said 'I know what you're thinking: "But sleep is already improving!"' that was the exact truth! 😅 I expected the results to say 'nutrition', because me sleeping patterns really improved already, while consistency around meals are still lacking (this pillar ended up being at the bottom, though!)..
But my first domino being sleep — not because it's broken, but because it's *almost* fixed and I need to lock it in before adding anything else — makes sense (and my path to succes easier)😊
The insight that landed hardest: Every day you miss your morning window, you're burning your best 3-4 hours of clarity.
Your Big Rock is teaching your nervous system that work isn't punishment. But here's the uncomfortable truth: when your biology is depleted — undersleeping, underfed, undermoved — everything feels like punishment. That's not a mindset problem. That's a fuel problem. You're trying to be a "LIVER" who embraces small steps, but your biology is making even the small steps feel enormous.
My one commitment: no TV after 10pm, every night this week (to make it easier for me to keep my goal of going to bed before 11pm) ❌📺🔜🛏️
PS. Can I just say how extremely NICE it feels, to be able to finish this weeks worksheets already 🥳💪 Last weeks questions just took me sooooo many hours, and I didn't complete them until an hour before the meeting yesterday. Feels so much better to have the goals for the week locked in earlier, so I actually have time left to focus on them (before moving on to something else).
