Routines can be very important for our daily lives to run smoothly. I keep reminding myself about that during vacations and holidays. Because sometimes I notice that changes i like (for example spending more time with family and friends) can still leave me exhausted and with a nervous system on edge. So if you are struggling with mood swings or problems focusing (more than normal 😉) at this time of year, that might be the reason.
