Question for the Q&A section of our class…

I am curious to know more about the AI tool we are using and the technical/logistics of the tool. What algorithms does it base its answers off of? Is there a specific method, book, protocol that it uses as its main resource? How was the AI trained to give its answers? I saw in the community chats that someone mentioned a line from their AI report that sounded exactly like one of the lines I read in mine. So are there blanket responses that the AI responds with based on specific key words given? What is Sage using as a basis for the advice and information it is giving?
