What’s ONE tiny change from this challenge that’s actually stuck for you so far?
Mine is talking more kindly to myself when I don’t do ‘the thing’.
Only time will tell if that’s a good thing that will calm my nervous system and help me see the path ahead more clearly… or if I will become so relaxed that even less gets done!!
🤣 That’s actually a real worry I have whenever I start to feel chilled 😎 Anyone else?
