Open loop -Friction Audit
Step 1: Need to return a pkg I was supposed to mail a year ago 😓.
- Find the item
- Put it next to my bed so that I see it first thing in the morning
- Find the phone number to the company
- Find The instructions inside the box
- Follow the instructions and put the stickers where they go on the items inside the box and on the box
- Call the company and find out if it’s still OK for me to send the box of pictures and videos
- Drive the box to UPS and mail it
