Read the next line slowly: The challenge is not a train you missed. It's a room you can walk into whenever you're ready. Everything is still in the classroom. And the funny things is: Almost everyone misses a day. But what about the people with those big transformations? They're the ones who fell off as well. Felt the shame. And came back anyway. That is the rep that matters. That's the one that rewires you. Because every time you've quit something in the past, you taught your nervous system one thing: "We don't finish things." Just wondering how old people were when they discovered they had ADHD. I am 58 and I have found out more about myself and why I feel the way I do which is an eye opener. I think my dad may also have ADHD and he is 87. I don’t know if it’s something that he would be interested in but he does have some of the “traits” I just wondered if there are people older than 87 who have just discovered themselves.
