My Mask
The mask that I wear is pleasing. I am definitely a people pleaser and put everyone before me. When I think about this, I remember my first day of kindergarten when my mother took me to the school. I saw children crying and I went over to comfort them, neglecting my own anxiety of my mother leaving me in a strange place with people I don't know.
Has it been exhausting? Yes. I need time to myself to focus on my own needs which I am starting to do now.
One of my most wonderful memories as a child is make blanket forts in my parents backyard with my girlfriends. I loved the carefree days with no responsibilities and the only care we had was if there were enough clothes pins for our forts.
Now I believe the next task was to list the steps for our loop which mine was clean the kitchen window.
  • Clear the windowsill
  • Move plants, decorations, and anything else out of the way.
  • Brush or vacuum away loose dust and crumbs.
  • Get the window cleaner
  • Get the paper tower
  • Spray the window with the cleaner
  • Wipe the glass from top to bottom.
  • With a damp clothe clean the window sill
  • Put back decorations on the window sill
I can do this!!!!
