My introduction
Hi, my name is Lou, I’m from Bristol UK, and I have a startup sustainable fashion brand and part time MA student. I have experience with events production and management, youth club/children’s sewing skills teacher, community group volunteering, rigid heddle weaving, and sustainable fashion.
You can ask me questions about:
  • My sustainable fashion MA/attending uni in later life (I went back to full then part time education in 2020)
  • Community volunteering
  • Sewing, mending & upcycling etc
I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony:
  1. Tools to navigate achieving my goals with my late life diagnosis (ie PhD, income/recognition goals for my business)
  2. Meet fellow ADHDers
  3. Feel connected to others & myself
For fun, I like to:
  1. Spend time with my rescue dog teaching him new tricks
  2. Travel & visit museums/attend local workshops
  3. Spend time with friends creating things
