I’ve only done the Welcome module so far and already saw some shifts today :) Finally cleaned my shower - which felt like a big deal!! Throughout the day, I could clearly see what needed to be done vs what could be removed and also what was not necessary - really helpful because removing tasks and realizing when you create unnecessary tasks/work for yourself can otherwise be so draining! Used planning skills to delay a lower priority task in exchange for getting to an appt on time (rather than stressing to try to do both). Stuck to healthy eating and sleep goals. Tacking exercise next! Put up my Christmas/holiday lights! Got clear on my transcendent purpose. Enjoying prioritizing self-care and growth again after a long period of depression and struggle. Breaking through perfectionism by taking action was HUGE! Feeling really grateful for the opportunity to be part of this community (for FREE 🙏🏼) and to be addressing this struggle with support from lovely and courageous people like you! 💕
