I closed my loop today and it felt satisfying. Even without completing the entire course, I felt good about completing a section and I’m looking forward to the next related tasks. I’m viewing upcoming tasks with more eagerness rather than dread. Understanding how to build my dopamine is helping me find joy, appreciation and gratitude in all my daily interactions, which is helping me feel happy and improving my overall mood. The changes are subtle, so I don’t have a dramatic transformation to report, but I can notice and name them and recognize the ways they are shifting my behaviours…. And life overall :) I really appreciate everything I’ve learned here and the support from the kind people in this community. I have a clear plan for 2026 and I’m really looking forward to the next chapter in my life that’s beginning now :) Best wishes to you all and happy holidays and new year! 🎉
Day 4 ✅ Done!
📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: Social Coonection 🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: really hard to change an insomnia pattern, but was able to dial back my bedtime by about 30 mins with the strategies 🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: shifting to focusing on “waking up” my body (rather than getting to work) was HUGE and really helped me enjoy easing into my day. Had more time to think about what I wanted to do today and this week, what I wanted to wear, and the energy I wanted to have today. Very grounding. Started the day with water, which helped with hydration. 🔁 I decided to (not) close my open loop: I had to prioritize finishing something else and wanted to dedicate focused time to it 💭 And it made me feel: in greater control of my time and effort 🤯 What surprised me: Realized that my current morning routine was a reaction to high-adrenaline from years of managing crises in healthcare. The simple shift to “waking up my body” helps me rely less on neurochemical changes and more on function and process.

Day 2 ✅ Done!
🎭 The masks I've been wearing: perfectionist, overachiever, invisible, people pleaser, rebel 😮‍💨 How exhausting it's been: suppress my voice, stay small and unnoticeable, disempowered, losing myself, dangerous friends and situations, illness 👶 What I loved as a kid (before the masks): learning everything, teaching, creativity and art, games and solving problems, strategy, nature, Disney movies, experimenting ⚡️ Friction Audit complete — This are the exact steps i have to take (to complete the course): schedule time daily, make tea, watch module and take notes, take breaks after each module, celebrate and feel satisfied with each module (rather than the whole course), reflect on learning and journal about insights, take action to apply learning.

@Marleen Veda Thanks for connecting ❤️ What do you find helps you most?
Awesome program! 🙌🏽
This challenge is… REALLY GOOD!! Seriously… that Ai is better than therapy! (For me at least…) I’m feeling really grateful for the opportunity to participate in this. I feel like I’m connecting with my long lost child self and it’s making it so much easier to anchor my daily actions and decisions in what feels real, authentic, meaningful and purposeful. Decision making is getting so much better and easier as I do each exercise… many, many thanks @Jim Ebbelaar
Day 3 ✅ Done!
⚖️ The belief that's been holding me back most: "I can’t do this - never works for me!” 📍 Where it came from: frustration from doing hard things, especially things the older kids did ✨ My new code: "I’m capable, consistent and worthy” 🔮 My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who succeeds when she sets realistic goals” 💪 Debugging in progress...
