Introduction

Hello my fellow ADHD'ers lol it feels so good to be here with like minded people!!

Hi I'm DeAnna and i live in Virginia, USA. I was literally just diagnosed a few weeks ago on 3.30.26 in my mid 50s! I can't believe it! It all makes sense to me now!! It's like the lightbulb came on. I always knew that I was different than the average person, and now I know why. Its such a relief. I knew I couldn't be the only feeling and thinking like this. Im so happy that I came across this Skool group!!

Anyway, I digress. I love the outdoors and being out in nature. I hike, bike, and love camping. Hiking on a trail brings me such peace and sense of calmness being in the woods. It quiets my mind.

I'm looking forward to learning so much in the group and I'm happy to be here in this group with all of you.
