Yep, 75 yesterday. Shorts and flip flops everywhere. Woke up to an inch of snow. I so love Colorado!!! At work, hanging in there, finding such comfort in conversations here with ya'all!. 🤩

How is it going with your sleep domino?? In just 2 weeks time, since I started working with my domino sleep.... I'm actually looking forward to going to bed.... and going to sleep I'm sleeping earlier and I'm loving ❤️ it!!! Never in a million years did I think I could ever have a thought like this🤣🤣 How about you? Any tips for this domino?

Does anyone have issues at work because of their adhd? Its really affecting me at work. I can't be the only one. I was just diagnosed on 3.30.26

Hello my fellow ADHD'ers lol it feels so good to be here with like minded people!! Hi I'm DeAnna and i live in Virginia, USA. I was literally just diagnosed a few weeks ago on 3.30.26 in my mid 50s! I can't believe it! It all makes sense to me now!! It's like the lightbulb came on. I always knew that I was different than the average person, and now I know why. Its such a relief. I knew I couldn't be the only feeling and thinking like this. Im so happy that I came across this Skool group!! Anyway, I digress. I love the outdoors and being out in nature. I hike, bike, and love camping. Hiking on a trail brings me such peace and sense of calmness being in the woods. It quiets my mind. I'm looking forward to learning so much in the group and I'm happy to be here in this group with all of you.
