I made the effort to switch everything off last night, read during the evening, got to bed earlier, 11.30, not the earliest but 3-4 hrs earlier than it had been 🥳
Up early at 7, didn’t pick my phone up, drank water moved with yoga, cooking breakfast atm before a shower & going to walk to work!
I can do this!💪
