"I get to feel good"
A new affirmation suggested by a friend that I've been using recently. It's quite nice. Not as jarring as the "I am good" that I was using before. My subconscious can't quite always accept that one. I know that I still have work to do. It seems to accept "I am okay" though. But, "I get to feel good" is warm and snuggly, loving yourself as you are in whatever stage you're in. The ultimate goal 🥰
