I currently don’t work due to anxiety and depression. I am totally on my own here in Norfolk UK so am hoping to move closer to family.
I spend most of my time procrastinating (in and out of bed), listening to podcasts, and to top it off, a bit more procrastinating.
My main hobby is procrastinating about decluttering a whole load of my belongings so that I can move to a tiny flat 🫣
I’m hoping ADHD Harmony will teach me how to stop blooming procrastinating!!
