I'm an Engineer and an Explorer, originally from New Delhi. My general inclination towards self discovery is what lead me to join this community. As we all know, internet is filled with bad life advice/half truths from misdirected individuals or pure malice. I believe it's easier to debug yourself with like minded individuals in an honest setting, think of it like a fiduciary duty which is easier to maintain due to no conflict of interests over joining some Sigma grindset 😅
In my life, I've accomplished a fair bit of travels, intentful relocations for my career and personal growth. Mainly:
- January 2017: Moved to Bangalore to be in the Indian Tech scene.
- November 2018: Moved to Galway, Ireland to work for a tech Startup I believed would hit Unicorn status in next 5 years. There was also Bensheim, Germany with my current employer but that was more of a corporate role and not aligned with my growth mindset.
- August 2021-2023: Travelled all across the Republic of Ireland on my motorbike.
- September 2022: Did a solo EuroTrip on my motorbike across 6 countries, spanning 5000+ KMs roundtrip.
- November 2025: Moved to Dublin to be in the middle of the Irish Tech scene.
As for my career:
My path in technology has always been guided by a simple principle: when I see something interesting, I dive in to understand how it works. This curiosity took me from teaching myself PHP in high school (2008), building my first software products (solo startup) to pursuing advanced online coursework from MITx and Stanford during my university years which really shaped me as an engineer.
My "professional" career began in 2017 at FICO, where I proactively transitioned from an intern to the team's first full-stack developer and delivered their next generation AML, KYC and Embargo solution; receiving a spot award for the same. My research into complex data visualization challenges later led me to my next role at Siren, where I contributed to their platform and built lasting professional relationships across Europe.
I took a detour in 2022 for an year at Indeed to cool off a non-compete and then embraced the AI revolution by founding my second startup, Octostar in 2023. Working alongside the Founder/CPO of Siren, it was an intense journey of creating a team of 15+ employees, securing €5mil. in investments, building and delivering a successful AI platform from scratch with over €2Mil. in sales. Working in the intelligence community since 2018, I with my team managed to fuse together a Knowledge Graph based platform to support investigators by integrating Open Source, Human and Organizational intelligence with powerful ML+AI insights. Helping governments, law enforcement and businesses run their investigations at a Petabyte scale.
Took another detour in October 2025, joining a Boston based restaurant tech company Toast; lead their Customer Communications Platform, helping people serve potato salads all over the world.
March 2026, I am now working on my next startup with main focus on organisational culture, solving human problems with AI and sustainable business practices with profitability in mind. Honesty is the best policy and you might even have a monopoly on it!
I believe it's our self-limiting beliefs instilled by others, who are basically advising on their own limitations are the prime reason a lot of us give up, you can call it "learned helplessness". And it's better to listen to your own gut, make your own mistakes, be honest and learn from them than seek external validation for your efforts. Have a goal in mind and re-align your life, personality to help you achieve that. You might even have to cut off some friends at times or make decisions based on delayed gratification but manifestation only works if you work. Visualising without any action is just daydreaming.
You can ask me questions about:
- Life, philosophy. More like a discussion to be honest.
- Engineering
- High adrenaline activities
- Travelling solo
I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony:
- Reduce negative self-talk.
- Remove the need for external validation.
- Better alignment on self discovery.
For fun, I like to:
- Listen to music, sing, play guitar.
- Ride motorbikes, race F3/other fast cars on track. Currently working towards a Private Pilot License (very behind due to other obligations).
- Enjoy my own company, travel solo, watch movies (story Recaps mostly).
I treat my life as a Breadth First Search algorithm with backtracking. Where every node is an idea, dream or something I believe I need to do to achieve my goals.
