I prepared my meal plan, I prepared my strategy for my travel I even prepared my snack to be able to apply my strategy. And did I do? Alcohol every day, eat too much, eat sugar.
I found the perfect program tha gives me 5 meals a day and keep me satiated, but you know what this week I just threw everything out the window!
